Hi, I'm Katie! I am a registered dietitian nutritionist and WellCoach. I've been practicing dietetics since 2003. My expertise is in helping families live their best, healthiest lives! I can help children and families manage selective eating, atypical growth changes, feeding difficulties, sports nutrition, promoting healthy growth while avoiding diets, and medical problems such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and insulin resistance. As the owner of WellFamily Nutrition, LLC. I will answer your phone calls, schedule and re-schedule your appointments and manage the business-side of your care. Some patients will receive care from myself and others from Jessica Mulligan (we're not related!).

Hi I'm Jessica, I've been a dietitian for 20 years specializing in pediatric nutrition. I am passionate about helping children and families relate to food in a fun and healthy way, connect to the joys of eating; helping children to love who they are, accept their bodies in all shapes and sizes, and be open to exploring foods and all the wonderful experiences that eating can bring to their lives. My areas of expertise include: dietary therapies for treating epilepsy (such as ketogenic or modified Atkins diet), inborn errors of metabolism, selective eating, failure to thrive, working with children with eating concerns associated with developmental disabilities, high risk infants, tube fed infants/child/teen, general nutrition, constipation management, and healthy eating for all ages with a focus on anti-dieting and size-inclusive mindset.
I am a mom of three kids (16, 13, and 3); I love being a mom and appreciate how it has given me great real life experiences to be able to understand the challenges and joys of raising children to love and enjoy food.
